Shipping & Handling:We offer FREE worldwide shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days to the UK. All packages are shipped using a trackable method. Once we receive the tracking number from our shipping company, we will send it to you via email.

The processing time is 1-3 business days, during which we check your order for quality assurance, pack it, print shipping labels, and forward it to our shipping company.

Order cancellations:We are unable to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 5 hours of placing it. However, please note that if you do not email us within this timeframe, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Order tracking:Once your order is shipped and our database is updated with the online tracking number, we will send you an email containing the tracking information. You can use this information to track your package. If you have not received this email within 6 business days, please contact us at support@bambinosparkle.com, and we will assist you promptly.
